Morality is objective, it's linked to neurology. What is neurologically true about one brain is also true about all the brains in a society.

No it doesn't. Atheists know right from wrong and what rules of behavior are needed for a civilized society.

The point is there is no right from wrong. "rules" for are only social contracts by the majority. Majorities change then so does morality
