It's great that more and more churches are getting woke and steering away from wierd GOP talking points. Soon, we'll have you guys worshipping Jesus as he was; a bleeding heart socialist who loved the marginalized people and hated the rich.

Jesus “hated the rich”?? Jesus did NOT hate anyone. He preached to the rich man, shared about the kingdom, had compassion on him because he was searching.

My church in 1994 had a problem with our women's Bible study group going to Olympia on a bus we charted to stand against abortion and for the rights of the unborn. We got scolded by the pastor who had not been informed. In June we left the church. Problem solved.

Problem solved, indeed. Probably no a lot of weeping and wailing.

Churches should not discuss candidates but they should discuss issues like abortion, LGBT agendas, religious freedom, school vouchers, etc..

Churches challenge abortion head-on through daily counselling of pregnant women. But, Christians hate sin and not the sinner. Much of the anti-abortion movement centres around hurling gross insults and outright condemnation—churches and Christianity rightly have no part in that.

Kind of like you shy away from discussing topics....wait, you do discuss them, but you always side with the victimizers.
