The 70s though really more the 60s, etc... extreme poverty though very small %. "1 in 4 people lived on $1" maybe the 30's ??? Since the 70s "The Middle-Class" replaced by "The Lean Middle" e.g. NAFTA/Mex & China WTO, wage suppression, etc... Demian Hammock
