How is Sri Lanka putting up that number?

21+ million population and almost no recycling facilities. My best guess is they simply dump it all into the ocean. They control a large maritime border in the Indian ocean so they probably have a designated area away from fishing and other activities that takes the trash.

No one questions the Chinese on their dangerous acts against humanity. This is sad and unfair to the rest of the world. I know that the Chinese are fighting real hard to become world power but not to a point of placing humanity at the edge of destruction.

I was in Rome last year and I went to McDonald's, they weren't providing straws to customers. Some places are using paper straws, which I think is better. Straws, if not essential, are preferable.
