But Prisons are places that are ALREADY PERPETUALLY IN A LOCKDOWN - &, Which prize fool thinks an Epidemic over-turns the rule of Law? Get the army in if required, to the quell fear-fueled riots+ ensure safe segregation happens- just dont let these Crim's out (in God's Name
!) -
I cant think of 1 solid rational reason to release prisoners just because of an Epidemic It is so insane I can only ask what is ratio of females guarding these prisons? is it above 60%? (females are attracted to Strength & can OFTEN have a subject fascination for Male criminals)

Why is it that it's safer for us to stay home, but not safer for inmates to stay Home (home being jail for them). They can isolate them there, give them medical care. I frankly, think they're safer from the virus right where they are.

And most of those were probably plea bargained down from even more serious crimes.

I don't understand the theory behind this. It should be quite obvious what to do: be shure that staff is well protected, keep prisoners confined to their cells (and having someone bring essential items to them) and suspend the privilege to allow prisoners to have visitors.
