Makes sense to me. We all have to live within a budget. Federal spending verses States. Only pay for what you need.

Wot? That doesn't make sense to me. There are strong arguments to suggest that people don't earn most of the money they make (i.e., most of a person's income is determined by the society they live in, not the number of hours they work, or how hard their work is).
Perhaps the disagreement is what is absolutely necessary.
