They delay to push people to pay out of pocket in the US. Canadian don't want the US to adopt M4A because it will eliminate most access for those passing cash. Canada also lets doctors and nurses get away with murder when they got shot an elderly or terminal patient to cut costs

This is ridiculous. That's so anecdotal. And only one situation. There could be a number of other positive situations. Also patients shouldn't be telling their doctors what they need. And of course USA Dr did it. US healthcare is for profit.
