Except no, NYC can't fine anyone they want for calling someone an "illegal alien." Misstating the facts is not a good look, and doesn't make your point effectively. But hey, why let accuracy get in the way of a good outrage cycle, right?

As always Will does a nice job. I'd like to have seen him take it to the next level though & ask, "Okay, let's assume we both agree w the premise that it's a hateful word - do you believe the government can rightfully prohibit "at gunpoint" (via 250K fine) people saying it."
