no one...no one was there before them. That’s the point. They were the first people living there. And we don’t have to give it all back, but could we maaaaybe lift their population out of poverty? Provide more government funds so theyre not the poorest group in America?

The biggest problem the Indians had is that they accepted any help from the government. Look at the difference between groups that the government has chosen to help and those it hasn't. Those it helps never get ahead. At some point each group has to do it on their own.
