They also have better pensions and working hours. The U.S. is the only Western nation that allows insurance companies and the pharma industry to run its "health care system". That's predatory capitalism, not free enterprise.

I think this is a bit misleading. Free healthcare here is 20% of the economy and if that is government controlled then it's really not capitalism. Add in all the other free stuff in Western Europe and you get less capitalism, more taxes and less liberty.
