As an African American man who grew up without a Father this is absolute truth. From a young age I knew the most important thing I ever wanted to do was be a Father because I knew how much not having one impacted my life.

This is also true of children most ethnic groups. When we teach honor, respect & family structure, kids value them. A father makes a difference to boys & girls! Fatherless boys may join gangs. Fatherless girls may become promiscuous looking for a father’s love they never got.
