Immediately following Oprah's use of "your truth". The New York Times used the phrase in a marketing campaign, "Find Your Truth". Obviously, the NY Times wants to replace the Truth with their truth and make you you think it's "your truth".

Not objectively Like it is true for me that the universe is 13 billion years old and for you as well we have no say in that. It is just a fact , pragmatically speaking yes waking up early might be good for me but not you so it is true that waking up early is good for me not you.
