Or how the PPD has been coordinating with Proud Boys/Patriot Prayer. Or how Proud Boys have been going to journalists' homes to intimidate them.

When local government fails to provide equal protection under the law, it is left to the feds to step in. Normally I would not advocate this, but it seems necessary for sewers like Portland. Gotta flush out the vermin somehow.

It must be a sobering time for Oregon having a Texan Senator clean up their mess.

There was a time when I always looked forward to visiting Portland. Always felt safe and enjoyed the city. Those days are long gone. I would not go now if they paid me. The city politics have run it into the ground.

Police just stood there. What would have happened if a person had a gun and shot one of their attackers in self defense? They would probably gone to jail and later prison.

Won’t help. Politicians here in Oregon do what they want, when they want. Including the governor.
