Sustained verbal harassment has never been protected by the First Amendment. The only laws pertaining to pronouns are to prevent people in positions of power (foster parent, elder caretaker) from verbally harassing those who cant fight back (children/elderly/infirm)

"thon" and "ze" are considered pronouns now? What on earth do they even mean! What are the possessive forms? And can people really be expected to use these terms without smiling? Would you still get punished if you smirk while calling someone "ze"?
