Good... there is no reason those products should exist, they are an unregulated drug that would not pass the FDA if it were being introduced today.

Same would be said about regular cigarettes and alcohol. In fact if the same standard was used in the medical industry I'm pretty sure most new pills would not reach market due to side effects.
