There’s no such thing as a socialist government. Socialism is about the working-class people having democratic control over the means of production with no top-down authority whatsoever. You’re thinking of capitalism.

1) Let's hear your idea of how is that concept going to work in the practice/real life. I can tell you an example that didn't work. Chavez rose to power promising that people would have the control over the means of production. And he fulfilled that promise.
