This is generally true, but in airports/ballparks/movie theaters/etc, the high prices are due more to artificial monopoly conditions than high production costs. If no one else is allowed to sell croissants in a certain area, the croissant vendors will charge whatever they want

If you set a minimum wage you bet someone will be willing to pay workers only that minimum. Eliminate the minimum wage and employers will soon learn the market value of a hourly waged position. It may even be higher then the minimum.

The end game of the leftists is not the concern of common man/woman. The reason they want to increase to $15 is to ensure there are no small business and no private entrepreneurship in the county and everyone is dependent on Govt.
