It is staggering how many people don't understand the value of this system. Thankfully it's not a simple matter to abolish! But sure, let's convene a Constitutional Congress and talk about some good amendments... like Congressional term limits...

And while we're at it, let's set a limit on the number of Supreme Court justices that can exist to prevent stacking the deck. And requiring any bill to be one purpose, one vote along with Constitutional validation.

Electoral college only ensures that small states have more voting power than large ones. The rest of us aka the majority of the citizens of this country have had your veiws pushed onto us for the last 2 years. Popular vote is the only way to go. 1 person 1 vote. All are equal.
