Unfortunately some states are allowing non-citizens to vote in State only elections but there is a far left Movement to allow for fed elections too.

Um no. But I'll go even further. I think new citizens should have to wait five years before being allowed to vote. It takes time to imbibe the values of a country, to understand the fabric of a society, and to become knowledgeable about a nation's politics. No need to rush it.
