The Greek concept of logos predates the gospel of John. John picks up on the concepts and shows Christ as the logos of God. (Clearly John thinks God is logical but it’s not a Christian concept.)

Fair, but the initial assertion was that belief in Christianity is somehow contradicting logic. It's not at all - It's a completely rational extrapolation from logic-based thinking.
