The lens of each judge matters: some interpret the law through the lens of a definitive Constitution. Others see the Constitution as a "living, breathing document" and interpret the law via social influence. It's ideology representative of the divide in America today.

It's ironic you mention the "living, breathing" Constitution when discussing Roe v. Wade. Thus, they really argue that an unborn baby is nascent human life, while the Constitution is "living, breathing" and alive. Their judicial philosophy should be considered illegitimate.

The Supreme Court has been, in effect, creating law for so long that taking steps to return it to a purely judicial branch of government will seem to many like stripping it of its powers. Prepare for hysteria and intersectional marches on Washington.

I'm not having 5 men decide what I'm going to do with my body, period. This is the final ploy by scared white guys to keep women in their place. Do you think women are going to put up with this shit after 40 years? No.

Typical male response. Ask your mother why Roe vs Wade is a big deal.
