Oh boy oh boy... Wake up call for all the uninformed gun control sheep. Regulating rights is a VERY slippery slope: first guns, then knives, then speech, then religion... this is how oppression starts and continues. Education not Legislation is the true key.

I may not be a chef, but I do know the point comes in handy when you check meat to see if it's cooked all the way through. Also helps when cutting out the ends of tomatoes, and other vegetables. Has purposes beyond that, judged wrong.

The worst thing that could ever happen to a large part of Western societies was the dismissal of the belief that "God will come again to judge the living and the dead," because nowadays "it is not necessary" to act ethically, or plan life to live with dignity, and die peacefully.

As @DennisPrager says, naivete is cute in a child; it's irresponsible and immoral in an adult (or culture, I would add.)

You do use the point of a knife at times as a chef

A sharpened oaken stick (stake) can do as much if not more damage (and not just to vampires) and it can be sharpened with a rock, or on the ashphalt, or on cobblestone. Are they going to ban oak trees too? #englandhasfallen
