@ppk Are the downloads too big, or the run-time memory? Or are they so convoluted that scripted behaviors run too slow?
And I mean what I said on stage at #ftf12 : it's time to forget about the current JS libraries because they're too heavy for mobile.

@ppk most of the use we do of jQuery is to select elements and apply effects. So I agree that we can get rid of it on mobile web sites. :) -
@ppk that's absolutely right, pure js il lighter and faster than any library, we have to re-learn what we forgot using jquery
