More like present day New York City. 2008 recession drove finance and now it's just a good city to leave in. SF crime is transitional. Will get sorted out in a year or so

Dude, check the dates. Chesa only got elected in 2019. It kinda supports my hypothesis that shit was already in motion before Chesa came in and Covid made it worse.
