    5 things that changed my freelancer rate dramatically: - charge per day not per hour - change based on "willingness to pay" not my own effort - become go-to person for a niche - create an agencylike brand - talk about myself in plural ("need to discuss this with the team") ✌️

    Freelancers, remember that your rate isn't what you need to live but what you're worth.

    I realized one issue/problem for dev teams. They want to use project management tool like Trello/Asana and also need one for their clients. Tricky part: they probably don't want clients to see their internal dev comments/rants and some info/fields on the tasks. Any solutions?

    This is exactly what works for me over years of posting content for and, apparently lately, for my personal brand.

    "Oops I did marketing:" if you're creating good, unique and valuable content, you are also (accidentally) creating long-tail keywords for SEO. Keep an eye on SEO, but don't worship it. -
