It's easy to imagine that a corp. already cutting worker hours to avoid having full-time employees would resort to cutting store hours when faced with fewer employees. https://www.theguardian.com/business/2020/feb/27/target-cuts-hours-leaves-workers-struggling … Would be good to find all this out before we throw public resources at a $100B company
