Android Twitter client got updated, and its interface changed a little bit, the tab switcher moved to the bottom, and now it became even more obvious that the bar on the top is unnecessary and just takes up space, but for some reason Twitter chose to leave it there.pic.twitter.com/Zap8TfzW9U
This bar on just says “Main page” with my profile pic, but is apparently considered important. At least it looks like designers saw that it is useless and so it disappears when scrolling down. But they forgot that the default way for scrolling Twitter feed is up, not down!pic.twitter.com/6V6XdTkwS0
On a related note, I can’t select text in the text field when writing a Twitter thread, except for the first tweet in the thread. And I think I saw this bug when writing a thread a few months ago.
