Reading thru #Haiti gov't situation reports makes me laugh& cry. The country has 44 ambulances at PaP centre, for population 3mil.

sorry he was telling me in '10 about a time before when he did consulting. Glad they have new lights though.

I haven't been there for 1.5 yrs. But, there were more traffic lights and street lights (big deal) last time I was there.
