We are already a laid-back, summery people. I expect no obvious cultural change. Most people I know are greeting it with a shrug. I'm just hearing variations of "Whatever man. Label the brownies." or at best "It's cool that good people I like won't be criminals anymore"

It's a change that Canada is ready for. Even many of us who don't use pot have long been nonchalant about other people's pot use.
