@YouTube i have a legacy account attached to a hotmail email. I dont know what my youtube user name is, but do know the email and password attached, because i have to sign in everytime i hit my subscription bookmark, and do that about 20-50 times a day. I set up a gmail account

@YouTube which i assume means i have a google account attached to it. How do i link my gmail to my legacy youtube account. I have tried a couple times, but tells me username and password is wrong, but it is not cuz i sign in all the time. Channels created before May 2009 have been connected to a Brand Account. You need to link that Brand Account to an existing Google Account so you can access your channel. Here's how: https://yt.be/help/4Fpg

I just tried it again and i get the oops something went wrong and says my user name is wrong when i use the email attached to it because i do t know my username. Also, i tried to sign i to youtube with my gmail and ot also says it cant sync to it, but i just created it ystrdy

But. I can log in with my old email address and password to see new videos in my subscriptions. I have been using it daily for a decade and know everything but the user name. There is no way to find the username attached to the email address used to sign in?
