    I thought I would announce my new job working with . I have been volunteering my time as a Mentor for the past couple years since I retired. It feels great to be recognized for my work. And I get to finally say that I work for !

    Again, I am constantly amazed at the ingenuity, creativity and just general awesomeness that are demonstrated by students in solving problems. I was just shown an idea I would NEVER have thought as a solution - and it is cool (literally!) and unique and it works!

    Mornin'Verse! Today's Agenda: Realizing that my knees are truly gone by hiring a handyman to do the jobs I can't anymore. Feels weird. More virtual meetings with HUNCH students which will bring on a smile. . Ending the day with poker. Feel like a winner already! LOL!

    Mornin'Verse! Today's Agenda: Few more meetings with students who are prepping for their Preliminary Design Review for their prototypes.This position really allows me to see the dichotomy across the country of what students have access to.But their drive shows through!

    Mornin'Verse! Today's Agenda: Multiple meetings with student teams where they show their ideas for a universal GUI(graphical user interface) for nanolabs for science experiments. It's amazing what students create- many looking better than professional GUI's

    Mornin'Verse! Today's Agenda: Meeting with students virtually most of the day and then relaxing a bit to give my knee a rest. Seems like I am going to have at least one knee replacement in the next year or so. At least I know my future a bit better.
