We thank for her no doubt sincere concern about people with epilepsy, but we're happy to confirm that this would be no more likely to trigger a seizure than any other striped pattern. We hope the Baroness & everyone else enjoys the rest of LGBT+ History month.

We’re now getting to a really dangerous point in the trans panic. GCs/TERFs are so convinced that trans identities aren’t real & are just “ideology” that they’re attacking key charities such as the Samaritans because they mention trans people. This is going to endanger more lives

1. "Digital by default" is nonsense and wrong. 2. Service transformation, not digital transformation. 3. Content design *must* be cross-channel. Stop silo'ing CDs in "digital teams". In fact do away with your digital team entirely.

Not only should that meeting have been an email, but that email should’ve been scheduled for January… Let’s be kind to our burnt out colleagues and not give them new things to worry about as we wind down for a much needed rest 🙏🏻
