I'm trying so hard not to be sarcastic... This is fine in a world where people are perfect in their intentions & actions. However, this is not the world we live in. To completely ban weapons is to leave good people unarmed & to further arm & empower the unlawful.

Pope is against money, walls and guns. Vatican is a fully walled city, protected by armed guards, has it's own bank, sits on billions.

Yes, of course. In all of humanity, there couldn’t possibly be one soul who defies this ban. And as everyone else will have willingly given up their weapons for the good of all, they’ll enforce this ban and defend themselves with...what exactly?
