I did the same thing so did a few others that I know, sadly we are always seen as Republicans. In my case it took me a long time to realized that my values were more aligned with Democrats than Republicans. Part of the assimilation process I guess.

Same here. I officially switched in 2016 but had been voting Dem and Republican for a few years and less and less GOP. When the
@GOP decided to back@realDonaldTrump I left. -
Welcome to the party! We have less money so it's always BOYB. The water's always nice though so invite some friends!

Tequila and taco trucks on every corner tho

-
I wish! There are only TWO that operate between the highway and home, one on each of my routes home, so my decision is made for me by the traffic congestion. "On every corner" was pure hype! And there's NONE at the industrial park where I work.

@GrantWoods was one of the first to state this for the same reason. Good to see that others are beginning to look into their hearts and follow. -

Can we have her take some sort of test to prove that she's for real? Sorry, but I don't take moral courage from a Republican at face value!pic.twitter.com/VhdrZEuHIy
-
I'd think she wouldn't take the risk if she wasn't for real. The switch could really damage her politically. If she continues to act like the GOP she'll not get the Dem. vote. GOP will already be upset that she switched, so I can't see them supporting her.
-
You make good points LNS and if she is for real then I applaud her and am happy to have her on our team but until I see more the jury is still out for me.
