This is incredibly inflammatory. Who’s in charge of the National Guard? Wouldn’t they be making the decisions regarding where mobile command centers are?
I was wondering who was in charge too. Seems like a command problem. Also, where did they find this soldier doing all the complaining? Seems a bit off making all these critical public statements, but maybe the NG isn't as disciplined as other branches of the military.
