You do realize that the largest portion of PP's funding is private and much of the government funding is just Medicaid reimbursement for preventative care, right? They do a lot of screenings and family planning services that many couldn't afford elsewhere. Just a thought.

Abortions are healthcare and the regulation barred doctors from even referring patients to abortion specialists. Title X was a small portion of most of these center's funding too. Private donations and Medicaid reimbursements fund these programs far more than Title X.
