Senate Republicans brought in a female prosecutor to question Christine Blasey Ford. They sidelined her shortly after she started questioning Brett Kavanaugh. She was never heard from again.https://politi.co/2DytSjW

Once she started questioning Kavanaugh about the specific allegations of sexual abuse, the @SenateGOP jumped in to stop her, because they don’t want to actually know the facts of the case.

She actually tried to ask Kavanaugh legitimate questions. The GOP men had to save him from their own outside counsel.

Yep and who paid for her? I am pretty sure her services cost more than $300 polygraph. @LindseyGrahamSC @ChuckGrassley @SenFeinstein I am sure the @GOP would never waste tax payer money on gaslighting?!

Mitchell FOUND a hole in #Kavanaugh's testimony: his Calendar, night of 'skis' (aka brewskis) with Judge and PJ (also on Dr. Ford's party list) on a weeknight, after he'd already testified he didn't drink on weeknights. She led right up to the question, then changed the subject.

Let's take a moment of silence for senior prosecutor #RachelMitchell, we watched her get hired, demoted to an assistant, used against Dr. Ford, pushed aside from questioning #Kavanaugh & thus fired on the spot in less than 72hours. #GOP has a pattern of how they treat women. Sad!

In the end, I have to admit Ms Mitchell is a good lawyer: we now know that it was probably a Thursday in early July when this happened thanks to her questioning.

He claimed he didn't know people Dr. Ford mentioned never partied with him and it was written in his calendar. I think July 1. The Republicans scooted her out of there fast when she got near the truth.

Who did he say he didn't know? July 1st was a Thursday and he noted "“Go to Timmy’s for Skis w/ Judge, Tom, PJ, Bernie, Squi.” Skis were brewskis. So, he was drinking on weeknights. Could have been THE night.

I missed this before, but I was just looking at Kavanaugh’s calendar, and I noticed that he’s hanging out on July 1, among a few other people, with “PJ” and “Judge.” Pretty amazing coincidence that Ford, before she saw the calendars, said PJ and Mark Judge were there. pic.twitter.com/8lXwiROHiO

This seemed to me exactly where Ms Mitchell was going with her line fo questioning when Sen. Graham took control and had his meltdown.
