KavaNO has lied under oath several times already. He had zero credibility even before the rape revelations came to be.

Can you point me to video or articles that have him lying? I'm asking as I really would like to know, not to be a jerk.

Thank you!

what about judge Kavanaugh's polygraph, oh, wait, he has NOT taken a polygraph! maybe that would solve his growing credibility problem. whatcha bet he would never take a polygraph with questions on this subject. hmmmm, Brett?

This hurts em real bad. Kavanagh will not take one! But watch how quick republicans say polygraphs aren't to be trusted, yet if it was Kavanagh that had taken the test and passed--it would be 100% believable of innocence! Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

So now every damn time someone passes a polygraph test, will the .
@GOP say it doesn't mean anything? -
Especially since the WH wanted to do lie detector tests to find out who wrote the NYT op-ed. Now less than 3 weeks later, lie detector tests aren't reliable. The GOP can't keep their stories straight.
-
That's what I'm talking about.

-
Context. Polygraph tests aren't reliable but can point you in the right direction. This polygraph test was taken by her own lawyer in a private setting. This alone should be a red flag to any honest, truth-seeking individual.
-
Do you mean they "threw" the test by having her take it in that way?
-
I mean polygraph tests are already shaky in the first place, and it's absolutely worthless the way it was conducted. People who believe this is evidence of the events that transpired decided long ago that Kavanaugh was a guilty man.
-
I guess we'll have to rely on an FBI investigation then

There is a reason they are NOT admissable in the court of law. EVERYONE knows one can be taught to pass one.
-
Good job! you repeated the talking point. Guess what?! This isn't a court of law! It's a JOB INTERVIEW. Guess what else?! The PRESIDENT proposed polygraphs to find out who wrote the amonamish OP-Ed. Also?pic.twitter.com/HzGRVIuwJY
-
Oh...I wasnt aware we could bring up the allegations against you in your job interview. Or to your employer. Good to know.
-
When you're interviewing for the last job you'll ever have, & that job entails upholding our democracy to impeccable adherence to the law, your closet & its skeletons are definitely on the table. Expecting less is naive at best. Disingenuous much?
#NoKavanaugh -
Orwellian LARP much!? As a federal judge has gone through six FBI background investigations.
#naivemuch -
Let the FBI investigate THIS information. If it's false, then let it be shown. Why the fear? Is there a reason to rush this process? Nope.
