    If we work together, we don't have to imagine! All the rights in the world mean zilch without the knowledge or tools to enforce them. Abusive landlords like it that way. 📣 Sound off in the replies w/ resources (tools, letter templates,😎tenants unions) for your city.

    Landlords serve three day notices threatening litigation the minute a tenant owes a few bucks. Imagine how heated landlords would get if every time something needed fixing, tenants served form legal notices threatening litigation if the problem was not resolved in three days.
