I did it on PC, went to my settings, then to safety, and scrolled down and you'll find it there. Downside to this option is that all your uploads (even SFW) will be hidden from those who have NSFW filters on :P
I'll mark my account settings to be sensitive (NSFW) so for those who like to keep their feed SFW-only my content should not appear as a surprise, hopefully that's a good solution for now ^^'
