My “little” brother has a job interview and was asked to do a 20-30min presentation on customer service. He went to ChatGPT and said “make me a presentation on customer service best practices” Interview prep complete. Now the real test will be if that preso gets him the job.

Sauna may help excrete heavy metals. Lead is excreted 14x more in sweat, and cadmium is excreted 11x more in sweat than urine. A dietary source of cadmium and lead is dark chocolate. A recent Consumer Reports analysis found high levels in some common chocolate bars.
