1/“Free speech” is the right to not have your speech compelled and/or limited by the “State.” It is not the right to an audience, locale, or freedom from consequences that may result from actions surrounding, regarding, and/or cased by said speech.

3/This is akin to the argument used by evangelicals regarding the lawfulness of “taxes” being spent on causes, procedures, treatment, services, etc... that are not supported and/or prohibited by their belief system. i.e. “What’s good for the goose is good for the gander.”
