The studies shared were hypothetical? Where do you get this number of actual hires? And it was based on equally qualified and similar lifestyles. The only thing I saw where there was an unbalance showed that the more qualified was favored regardless of gender.

I don’t see anything about less qualified women. women in these surveys are as qualified. Many of the surveys on the links shared were hypotheticals, even giving similar life situations. And then you shared 11% in field but 19% hired, but that doesn’t mention qualifications
