Your links do not support your assertion, in fact they support the fact that the strongest candidates are hired regardless of gender.

Perhaps his claims make sense when (and only when) a person truly believes women simply cannot ever be as good, not to mention better, than men at any job in science. And I believe he truly believes that. He's obviously completely and utterly wrong, but he honestly believes it.
