Inconclusive. I myself believe there was enough time, but probably not with the mechanisms that we've elucidated so far. Evolution is not a dogma.

It is certainly not. Dogmas are established with reference to authority, while evolution of organisms during history of life is incontrovertible fact supported by extensive, overwhelming evidence from fossils, genetics, embryology, biogeography etc.

It's not a fact, it's a theory (that I believe in), and it's not incontrovertible, because nothing in science is. If you believe it's incontrovertible, it's a dogma to you. Have a nice day.
