Assuming infinity exists is very convenient, but don’t be surprised if it leads to nonsense like Gödel’s incompleteness theorem.

l’s incompleteness theorem is surely not nonsense as well as Turing halting theorem is not nonsense. They show us the limitations of formal systems, they revolutionized the idea what mathematics is.

Infinity is part of mathematics, a toll which we use (Calculus). For example, if we have a TM, we could as if it stops after some steps, or ask if we increase the number if it then stops. Or we could ask if the increase of steps does is not help at all. Why nonsense?
