Machine learning is a software paradigm for solving problems. Some problems like natural language processing and real time image analysis are elegantly approached using it. But how I see the world is determined largely by my culture, and culture is not a programming technique.
ML is already changing your culture. (E.g., recommender systems like the one Twitter is using right now.)

That's true. Time will tell. Before ML it was Bayesian math, and multivariate analysis before that. I'll ask my ML enabled avatar for the metaverse (who I will name Newton during the enrollment) to show me these tweets on New Years Eve 2032 and we will see who was right.
