Computers make continuous math unnecessary. More than that, it becomes a hindrance.

This is an interesting way of justifying the shortcomings of computers! It would have been very helpful if the discrete computers were really doing the correct continuous math instead of bunch of numerical algorithms converging to the continuous one!
No, the world is discrete, and it’s the continuous math that has shortcomings.
