I have seen several ethics discussions that don’t amount to much or go off the rails… maybe a good first question would be “what is the best platform, dialogue framework, to have a robust meaningful discussion about AI ethics”?

Thank u for saying...I know a lot of usual suspects r gonna hate u for saying things that so many of us wanted to say but can't say in open bcz of the cancelling culture of the woke world in academia.

AI ethics could benefit from a wider range of input and perspectives. The question of whether bias is being removed from or introduced into AI systems is an important one to ask and understand when building such systems/models.

What would this look like?

I completely agree. I run an AI company and I find ethics debates useless. Just one viewpoint and one talking point.

A real one meaning involvement of "ethics" experts and not just AI guys (w/o ladies) right?

So, an ethics discussion can only take place if it is in the manner or scope that you approve of? The very idea of a discussion means ALL sides emerge voicing their beliefs, even those ideologues….

One of the biggest concern I have, especially on internet is that how can we make sure human is a human and robot is a robot.
