I find incredibly rude, arrogant and cheap to state that researchers who look into the ethics of algorithms "can't do research". To be honest, stating something like this makes you sound very unprofessional.

The article is even more disturbing than the tweet. The premise in opening that “algorithms are mathematically incapable of bias” is absurd & proven false. Luckily the vast majority of AI researchers know better, even if they don’t always do better.
